We offer a range of programs to help income-eligible families and customers manage their energy bills, save energy and access additional resources.
If you need extra support, we have Grants and Payment Assistance Programs that can help—even if you've never qualified before. Our Consumer Advocacy Team is also available for support and guidance. When emailing us, please provide your name, address, and account number (if you have it/them available).

This program lends short-term financial assistance to income-eligible families at risk of becoming homeless.
If your service is at risk, you may qualify for Medical, Infant, Elderly and Financial Hardship Protections.
Based on your income level and household size, you may be eligible for no-cost energy efficiency upgrades.
