Payment Assistance Programs

We offer a range of programs to help income-eligible families and customers manage their energy bills, save energy and access additional resources.

If you need extra support, we have Grants and Payment Assistance Programs that can help—even if you've never qualified before. Our Consumer Advocacy Team is also available for support and guidance. For assistance, please call 1-800-233-5325 or email ConsumerAdvocatesNE@nationalgrid.com to connect with your local Consumer Advocate. When emailing us, please provide your name, address, and account number (if you have it/them available).

RAFT

If your service is at risk, you may qualify for Medical, Infant, Elderly and Financial Hardship Protections.

Based on your income level and household size, you may be eligible for no-cost energy efficiency upgrades.

Utility Worker Safety Reminder:

State laws are in place to help protect utility workers while they are performing their job duties. Causing physical injury to, or assaulting, a utility worker is punishable by law, and penalties include potential jail time.
