If you have enrolled in a Payment Agreement, and meet the terms outlined within, your account will not be subject to Collections Activity / Disconnection.
Your payment agreement will not be impacted by this bill delay. We will contact you if there are any impacts or changes to your existing agreement.
Your Budget Plan will continue as expected.
Any credits missed during this time will be applied to your first bill post-resolution.
