Our new mobile app makes it easier to securely manage your energy account on the go. Use our new biometric log-in features to access your National Grid account quickly and securely. With our biometric log-in, you can easily sign in to your account without having to enter your username and password again.

Once you’re logged in, you can easily:

  • View essential billing and account information, such as your account balance, bill amount, and program enrollments (like paperless billing or automatic payments).
  • Enroll in paperless billing
  • View and download a PDF of your current bill 
  • Pay your bill directly in the app or via Speedpay, or find nearby payment locations 
  • Report a power outage or gas emergency
  • View the outage map 

You can now schedule a payment with your bank account, without leaving the app. Use a new or saved bank account to pay your current bill, account balance, or any other amount, just like you would on our website.

We’ve also made it easier to report outages – with our mobile app, you’ve got access to emergency support right at your fingertips.
